How we test every screen before it leaves the warehouse

A look at the checks each display goes through, and why testing saves you money on returns.

A screen that fails after installation costs a repair shop far more than the part: there's the labour, the customer's time and the damage to trust. That's why we test every display before it's packed.

1. Power-on and display check

Each screen is connected to a test board and shown full-colour test patterns. We look for dead or stuck pixels, lines, shadows and backlight bleed.

2. Touch response

We draw across the full surface to confirm the digitizer responds evenly, with no dead zones at the edges or corners.

3. Brightness and colour

Panels are compared against a reference screen for brightness and colour tint, so the grade on the label matches what's in the box.

4. Protected packing

Tested screens are film-protected, boxed individually and packed with padding. Screens are fragile in transit, so packing matters as much as testing.

If you want to see the results, ask for photo confirmation on your order and we'll send pictures of the tested stock before it ships.
