Confirm exact part numbers

Many models have several screen variants. Match part numbers rather than model names alone, and check connector types for laptop panels.

Agree grading in writing

“Original”, “OEM” and “compatible” mean different things to different suppliers. Get a written description of each grade you're buying.

Understand landed cost

Add freight, insurance, import duty, taxes and clearing fees to the unit price. A cheap part can become expensive once it lands.

Plan for defects

Ask what happens if units arrive faulty: replacement, credit or refund, and within what time frame.
